You may not be an admin user for your agency and haven't been provided access to this employer's information by an admin user. If you think you should have access, you can request access from an admin of your choosing through the request feature.

You can add an employer from the employer list page, which can be accessed by clicking "employers" on the side navigation bar.

You will manage the employee roster for an employer by visiting the employer's dashboard.

What does designating an employee as an admin do?

This will allow the employee to log in at the employer-facing websites for any apps turned on for the employer (e.g., OSHAlogs.com, AutomateSafety.com, etc.)

What is the difference between current and archived employees?

A current employee is currently employed, and an archived employee is no longer working for the company, but one that you do not delete, so you do not delete any related records from their employee record (e.g., Safety Training Topics)

How do I notify an employee admin to log in to an app?

Click the Action button next to the employee's name in the employee roster on the employer's dashboard. You can then select an app's welcome letter to be sent to the admin employee.

Under the granted access tab, you will see a list of those who have already been given access from an admin user. Those listed under the admin tab have access to all agency employers.
